Ryusaku Hiruma, known as SAK. After moving to the U.K in 1998, he studied the theories in shoes for two years in London. Not only by looking at the function of “wearing” the shoes, he treats shoes as one of arts when he produces his ideas. Although he had influences from London’s street culture and modern arts, in terms of culture, he was more drawn to the origin Renaissance and Industrial Design, Italy, where moved to in 2002. He announced SAK in 2004 at Paris. From the 2005 S/S, he joins the bag collection as well. Also in the same collection, with the support from Vincent Gallo, he does a presentation in the form of a music live show in Amsterdam. In the 2006 A/W, he announces the collaboration model with Vincent Gallo. From the 2007 S/S, from the unisex format of sales, they were divided in to Men’s, Unisex and Women’s. In 2010 S/S, they have announced a collaboration model with Converse U.S.A.

昼間隆作　1998年渡英。ロンドンにて2年間靴理論を学ぶ。“履く”という靴だけに囚われず、一つのアートという概念を持ち作品製作に取り組む。ロンドンのストリート・カルチャーや現代アートに影響を受けるが、カルチャー面では正反対とも言えるルネッサンスや工業デザイン発祥の地イタリアで、自身の視点からデザインの原点を求めるため、2002年に渡伊。2004年よりパリにてSAKを発表。2005年春夏からバッグコレクションも加わる。又、2005年春夏コレクションではvincent gallo氏の協力によりミュージックライブ形式にてアムステルダムでプレゼンテーションを行う。2006年秋冬コレクションでvincent gallo氏とのコラボレーションモデルを発表。2007年春夏より今までのユニセックスだけの展開をメンズ、ユニセックス、レディースに分ける。2010年春夏よりコンバースU.S.Aとのコラボレーションモデルを発表。
